WOLFS Bidsquare.com Online-Only Auction

An online-only auction is automated and takes place solely online. The bidding for each lot is opened at a predetermined level set by the auctioneer, and stays open over an extended period of days. In timed online-only auctions, bidders are automatically informed by email if they are the high bidder or if they have been outbid by another competing bidder. At the end of the defined bidding period, if the highest bid offered meets the minimum price designated by the seller as acceptable, the lot is sold. Lots in an online-only sale begin to close at a specified time, with lots closing at regular intervals until the auction has ended.

The Friedman Collection will be offered as an online-only auction at Bidsquare.com. Bidding begins Wednesday, September 16 and closes on Saturday, September 26 with the first lot opening at 11am EST. From 11am on, lots will close in numerical order every 1 minute. A countdown clock on the Bidsquare webpage will show time remaining on each lot. If at the end of the 1 minute time period bidding is still active, bidding on the lot will extend for an additional 1 minute period continuously until competitive bidding stops and the lot is sold to the highest bidder.

If you would prefer, you may enter bids on lots anytime beginning on September 16 at 11 am Eastern until the lot closes at its designated time on September 26. You may enter your confidential maximum bid at any time and allow the Bidsquare software to bid FOR you automatically in the increments listed, against other bidders, until your confidential maximum bid is reached. If your confidential maximum bid is not reached, you will be successful at the last increment bid.
